While many roofing contractors choose not to work on low slope or flat roofs, we love them.  We are experienced in working with Torch down, PVC and TPO, although we don't recommend using TPO because of it's product history.

Here is an example of two PVC roof projects we completed during the summer of 2017.  One advantage of PVC over an asphalt or TPO roof is that it is maintenance free.  Saving the owners on maintenance costs for at least the next 30 years.

The pictures to the left are of a roof we replaced in Tacoma for a friend of mine.  Three layers of hot asphalt had to be torn off.  Several repairs had to be made to the roof deck, including the removal of the existing built in gutters and changing it to allow for normal aluminum gutters.  Once the roof weathers, this spring the owner of the house is going to coat the roof with aluminum to protect it from the sun.
